Dr. David Kashan, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Kashan serves as an attending psychiatrist and Medical Director. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University and earned his medical degree from A.T. Still University.
Throughout his life, addiction and mental health struggles have touched several of Dr. Kashan’s close friends and family members. That personal experience shaped his mission: ensuring that those facing these conditions receive the best treatment possible. He is heartened to see the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction finally on the decline.
“Life is hard, and it is okay to not be okay. Personally, I see the ability to ask for help as a sign of strength rather than weakness. My goal is to ensure optimal patient care, which means treating symptoms in a way that minimizes side effect burden and utilizes the fewest medications necessary. It is truly an honor to treat and restore hope to patients who have so much to offer the world, if just given the right tools to do so.”
